Operator and scope
These terms govern the LanSender website operated by Weerocks LLC and official LanSender clients distributed by or for Weerocks LLC. Contact: lansender@weerocks.com.
A client's download channel can identify a separate store seller or add platform terms. Mandatory store and consumer rights continue to apply. These terms do not make Weerocks LLC a party to content exchanged directly between users' devices.
Free use and software rights
LanSender is free to use, with no subscription, advertising, in-app purchase or mandatory account. You may obtain an available official client and use its intended local-network messaging and transfer features for lawful personal or organizational purposes.
Free use does not grant an open-source license, ownership of the software, trademark rights or unrestricted redistribution rights. Copyright, bundled third-party notices and the terms supplied with each official download remain applicable.
Use only with permission
Use LanSender on devices and networks you are authorized to use, and send content only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Respect the recipient's decision to reject content or stop communicating.
Do not use the product to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful content, compromise devices, impersonate a trusted peer or bypass access controls. A local network connection and an encrypted session do not by themselves establish consent or the identity of the person using a device.
Your content and the recipient
You choose the messages and files to send and the peer that receives them. LanSender does not need ownership of your content to transfer it. The recipient may retain, export or share a successfully received copy; clearing your conversation does not recall that copy.
You are responsible for checking the recipient and the information you share, including any support email or selected-message report. Keep independent backups and verify important results before removing originals. File integrity checks do not determine whether content is safe, accurate or suitable to open.
Availability, updates and responsibilities
The download page lists system requirements and availability for each version. Versions awaiting publication are not public downloads. Transfers need a reachable local network and compatible app versions; iPhone and iPad must be in the foreground to transfer content. Sleep or network changes may interrupt transfers.
The service and clients are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weerocks LLC does not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular transfer speed or indefinite support for every system. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Version 1.0 is effective from 2 October 2026. Applicable law, mandatory consumer protections and the competent forum are determined by the rules that apply to the user and the dispute; no exclusive forum is imposed here. The English version controls only where applicable law permits, and material revisions will receive a new version and effective date.
